Application Process

Welcome to Ratner Montessori!

We encourage you to visit Ratner Montessori School and experience our unique educational environment first-hand. Our mission states that we empower a diverse community of students to find joy in learning and to become their best selves - take a tour, meet students and teachers, see our Montessori classrooms in action, and discover how we live our mission. We look forward to sharing our remarkable school with you!

Our admissions process is as follows:

1. Visit the school for a tour (by appointment only).

2. Apply Online

Complete all forms and procedures found here. Please note that applications are closed for Grades 3, 6, 7, and 8. We are still accepting applications for all other grades.

3. Assessment and Records

Once the application is complete, your child’s assessment date will be scheduled. You must supply the school with past report cards and teacher recommendations (1st grade and up).

4. Family Interview

Your family will meet with the Head of School, Program Director, or Director of Enrollment Management to go over the application process and have any final questions answered.

5. Acceptance Decision

Offers of Admission are based on the results of the Student Assessment and the Family Interview.
